We worked with Rob when we relocated from out of state. We knew no one in the Springs and had only briefly visited. We were looking for a pre-WW2 home in a friendly and walkable neighborhood. Can’t really express how wonderful Rob made our experience of buying our house over 5 years ago. I flew in from out of state in the middle of a snowstorm. He picked me up from the hotel and showed me 12 properties in less than 2 days. 4 years later we found a different property that we were interested in, but were out of state on vacation.
